I really like this icon. It displays the humility of Mother Mary so vibrantly and beautifully. The sweetness of both her and Father Zosimas’ souls are beautifully expressed. I also appreciate that this icon always reminds me of the fullness of St. Mary’s story, not just her image. Her story is what impacted me, initially as a skeptic and now as someone who respects her. The kid in me loves that the lion made it to this icon as well. Well made icon on sturdy wood and with bright colors. Thank you all for making it.

I love this little icon of my saint. 4 stars because it doesn't lie flat, but I don't know if that is normal for a laminated picture. I put it in a frame and it looks beautiful.

Despite the relative small size, every detail in this beautiful icon is clear. I love the fact that her burial scene is included - this episode is hard to find in icon depictions.
