What an amazing woman! Her life was so short, so full of the fullness of Christ. She is a great reminder that more time is not always needed or helpful in our journey to salvation. I love the message on the scroll which speaks to the purity of heart that we all seek to embody as disciples of Christ. The rich deep turquoise-blue color chosen for her garment is stunning, and the bright pink sleeve cuffs add a lovely accent. Her expression is clear and confident. The image is beautiful all the way around. Highly recommend!
It took me a while to find an icon of this saint. There are 2 or 3 Paraskevi in our church calendar. This company has them A to Z. Thank you!
