This icon is printed using our museum quality paper and then meticulously finished using real silver and gold-leaf. Next, we carefully stipple and filigree the icon and then finish the border and halos with faux gemstones and pearls.
Each icon is mounted to a solid 3/4" solid wood panel, the sides and edges are beveled, sanded and painted a classic Byzantine red. They are finished with a brass d-ring on the backside for easy hanging.
