I ordered this in an 8x10 print. The detail is great, but I wish the picture was a bit brighter, it's kind of dark. Also, there is no margin on the print which makes framing it a bit tricky.

Such a blessing to have this beautiful Icon. This particular artist rendered the face of Our Lord Jesus, and His stance, with such power and resolve, it takes my breath away. I immediately framed it and placed it in my 'prayer area'. Glory to our God!
The icon arrived in good time and in excellent condition. The craftsmanship was beautiful. The depiction of the resurrection is dramatic, with the contrast between the white of the risen Christ's raiment and the surrounding scene attracting the eye and driving the story being told. I gave it as a gift and the recipient was delighted.
I really like the color in this icon and it really shines through. I was looking for an icon that has this level of vibrancy and the older style that shows death being bound. Oh well, I settled for the vibrant colors because it was a gift for a family member.
I love this icon because of the contrast in colors. The white of the Lord's and the angels' robes are so bright and seem symbolic of the hope we have. We first saw it in the Orthodox Study Bible and have wanted to get it ever since. It is well laminated and the paint on the wood is subtle and complements the icon. Uncut Mountain also made a special effort to get this to us by a certain date with no extra charge, which we greatly appreciated.
I like this icon because it shows both Adam and Eve being released from death. The quality is quite good for the price. Very happy with my purchase, which will be a gift.
