I use this icon in giving women's retreats especially Daughters of the King DOK and Community of Hope International. DOK is an order in the Episcopal church of women committed to prayer, service and evangelism. The myrrh bearer fits the description of these women so well. Members of Community of Hope International are pastoral care givers of both men and women, but the image fits so well for this ministry.
